About Us

Your Danceshoppe pointe fitting specialists are a dedicated group of dancers who are highly skilled and trained in fitting pointe shoes and dancewear. We are proud to have on staff seven university graduates who hold Bachelor Degrees in Fine Arts & the Arts, many of whom are RAD certified ballet instructors, and certified Russian Ballet Society instructors, graduates of the Claude Watson Arts program at Earl Haig, Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts, and Etobicoke School of the Arts. The Danceshoppe director & owner holds a BFA Hons in dance, is a former professional dancer & dance teacher, and still takes dance classes on a regular basis.

Past and present fitters include professional dancers with companies throughout Canada and Europe, dance teachers, doctors, nurses, Pilates instructors, yoga and fitness instructors, actresses, kinesiologists and physiotherapists.
